Yes, it need to be much more fitted, and no I didn't get the color right, but this latest version of the Fitz stage shirt is the closest one yet to what I've been looking for. I did the design in Photoshop (with a stolen pic of a more standard shirt) and then had a seamstress make it. Thanks to Isaac for helping with the materials.
